Joe Fisher has been the president of The Notice Company, Inc., since 1996, handling class action settlements for nearly three decades. He has over 45 years of experience practicing law, from Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. to his own Fisher Law Offices in Massachusetts. His extensive experience in municipal governance includes roles as chair of the Hingham Select Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and the Conservation Commission. His volunteerism has led him to serve as president of the board of directors for The Ronald McDonald House in Washington, D.C., as well as president of the boards of trustees for Congregation Sha’aray Shalom and the Old Colony Montessori School in Hingham. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.


Ben Fisher first joined Joe at The Notice Company in 2015, managing class action notice distribution and reviewing claim forms for multiple class action settlements. He has 8 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry working as a Senior Analyst focused on process efficiency and data integrity. His passion for problem solving led him to become the founder of the Data Analyst Community and a leader of the Data Management Council at Rapid7. He holds a B.A. from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
